What		Democratic candidate for Congress Karen Hartley-Nagle will hold an open house and Town Hall meeting for Delawareans to discuss their views on the Congressional plan to bail out Wall Street and how the current economic crisis is affecting them.  Video taping will be available for participants who want to air their opinions.
